As our world gets more and more complicated and rapidly changing , the technology, the way we work and the solutions we offer gives a vital need for professional management, to support and guide the project.

Many methods has evolved and the has all-ready been accomplished a lot in this area. But with-inn all new projects it is a challenge to choose the proper tools and methods, as well as the "proper" project manager and team workers in a  project.

On the human side, we do find even more obstacle in creating and working in teams. Not two people are alike and motivation and type of personality vary a lot.

So it can be like looking down your neighbours tool box. You have to do with what is there and know what there is NOT.
